Its mission is the production of reliable, balanced in quality and price mining equipment, giving sense of satisfaction and confidence to the customers and to the society. Management of the enterprise is confident, that quality is a key indicator of the products competitiveness and improvement of the company’s economic status. Our goals and objectives: • Provide the customers with reliable products of the best consumer properties, which meet their demands and expectations; • By production and sale of quality products – to the improvement of welfare of the company’s employees and the population of the Republic. We undertake to: • increase constantly the quality of the products, maintain its engineering performance at the world level; • organize maintenance and servicing of the products for ensuring their reliable work within all the period of operation The assigned tasks and the incurred obligations we fulfill by means of: • development of competitive, reliable and safe products, corresponding to the customer’s expectations and the requirements of technical standards and regulatory legal acts; • adoption of advanced materials and components of high-quality production from the leading world companies; • introduction of leading-edge machining technologies, means of techniques and metrological equipment, maintaining high quality of the products and environmental protection; • industrial engineering with the use of process approach on the basis of Quality Management System and in conformity with ISO 9000 standards; • engaging of highly skilled specialists, constant increase of their proficiency; • introduction of up-to-date information systems at designing the products and at the industrial engineering in order to make decisions on the basis of facts and continuous improvement; • support of the customers with operating instructions and technical means for maintaining servicing and repair of the products; • establishing cooperation with suppliers of components and with the customers in quality improvement on the basis of data analysis and continuous improvement. All the employees: • are involved in the production process and realize, that the products quality depends on the quality of their labour; • do the assigned work in conformity with the requirements of Quality Management System documentation, technical standards and regulatory legislative requirements. ОJSC «Starodorozhski Mechanical Works» (SMZ)

The plant was founded in November 1972 as a subsidiary of Minsk «Kalibr» plant at the area, fitted for production of parts for «Kalibr» plant. In 1978 by decision of Ministry of Industry for Communication Means of the USSR the construction of the plant started, and it was finished in 1980 on a separated area in the Western part of the town. The Republican Unitary Enterprise «Starodorozhski Mechanical Works» (hereinafter “Unitary Enterprise) was founded on the basis of Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 1414 dated 29.10.2007 «On acceptance into the Republican property of production complexes» in conformity with the Order of Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus № 801 dated 19.11.2007 «On foundation of a Republican Unitary Enterprise» was incorporated into Production Association «Belarusian Autoworks», Zhodino. The total territory of the enterprise makes up 3,62 hectares, production space — 4000 m2. Оpen Joint Stock Company «Starodorozhski Mechanical Works» (hereinafter the “Company) was founded on basis of the Order of Minsk Regional Territory Fond of the State Property № 14 dated November 20, 2009 by way of reorganization of the Republican Unitary Enterprise «Starodorozhski Mechanical Works» in conformity with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on privatization of state property, and is a successor of rights and obligations of the named enterprise in conformity with the deed of assignment, excluding rights and obligations, which cannot be possessed by the Company. The Company is a commercial organization, possesses separate estates, independent balance sheets and its stamp. The Company is carrying out a program on production of spare parts for OJSC «BELAZ». In support of this program production shops of the Company are being fitted up with additional equipment. The enterprise carries out metalworking (blank preparation, turning, milling, grinding, cold-forming, die-stamping, locksmith works); part molding from polymers, parts pressing from thermosetting plastics and compounded rubber, which weight ranges from 1 g to 1300 g. It manufactures products purposed for industrial engineering, as well as 29 items as consumer goods. The products are sold independently to commercial organizations of the Republic of Belarus, as well as to the customers, who order the products for production and technical purposes.

CJSC «Mogilev Railway Car Building Plant» (MVZ)

Closed Joint Stock Company «Mogilev Railway Car Building Plant» was founded by decision of Mogilev Regional Executive Committee on April 14, 2005 and registered in Uniform State Register of legal entities and is the only one manufacturer of freight railway rolling stock in the Republic of Belarus. Our plant is specialized on production of the following freight railway rolling stock: - open-top wagon, model 12-783 (12-9763), all metal, for transportation of mass, unaggressive, loose, non-dusty, bulk cargoes; - hopper-car, model 19-9774, for non-packaged transportation of cargoes (bulk granulated cargoes, coarse-grained, crystalline potash mineral fertilizers and powder-like raw materials for their production, which require protection from atmospheric precipitations); - flatcar, model 13-9832, designed for transportation of timber and high-capacity containers; flatcar, model 13-983-01 is purposed for transportation of timber with zonal dimensions of loading; - hopper-car for transportation of cement, model 19-9862; - hopper-car for transportation of grain crops, model 19-9863; - railway bogy, model 18-100, purposed for installation under freight main-line cars, purposed for railway gauges of 1520 mm, as well as under the cars of industrial transport means. Quality Management System of production and servicing of freight railway rolling stock meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001.

Mogilev Autoworks named after S. M. Kirov (MoAZ)

«Mogilev Autoworks named after S.M. Kirov» (MoAZ) was founded in 1935. Since 2006 the plant is a subsidiary of OJSC «BELAZ».

It is one of the eldest machine-building enterprises in the Republic of Belarus and the largest producer of construction and road-building, underground and specialized equipment on the territory of CIS countries.

Equipment of trademark «MOAZ» is widely used in construction of roads, especially in the environmental conditions of Siberia and Far East in Russia, landfill operations for multiple well platforms at oil-gas fields, in mineral resource industry, uppermost at field development of underground deposits, for construction of hydraulic engineering structures.

More than 85% of all the enterprise products are delivered to Russia and CIS countries. The following products enjoy the most popular demand:

• Dump trucks with enhanced cross-country capacity;

• Construction and road-building vehicles and vehicles for maintaining mining and haulage works: loaders, dozers, concrete-mixing trucks, scrapers, towing trucks;

• Vehicles for underground works: underground dump trucks, loading-and-hauling vehicles, multipurpose chassis, means of transportation for passengers conveyance, underground concrete-mixing trucks;

• Special-purpose vehicles: self-propelled rollers, chassis for vibration installation, garbage trucks, accumulator cars.
